  I've read the reviews of other tenants and past tenants and the statements are true. Squirrels in the attacks, apts comes with roaches, bikes will get stolen if left outside on your porch, all windows don't have screens in place to keep flying insects out, windows have a major draft, water seeps through the tiles making the tiles swell up which makes it a breeding ground for mold, there's a stinch of sewer coming from the master bathroom shower drain, front bathroom as well, and from the kitchen sink, electrical socket for washer and dryer are bad causing the apt unit power to go off regularly when doing laundry. Notices are put on doors in a timely fashion regarding late fees as well as any new fees, however; work order request can take several hours to several weeks and even months before completed. The pics on the website can be misleading being the fact that they look digitally inhanced/filtered. All apt units do not have brown/wooden cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Most units have white painted cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is also two units on the property that has fire damage and hasn't been renovated in over a year or longer.
